Our flexible NMN insulating polymer paper is a premium electrical insulation material designed for motor winding and transformer applications.
The composite combines aramid paper and polyester film, delivering excellent thermal insulation and long-term electrical stability.
It can be supplied with DMD prepreg or poly film for prepreg structures, making it a versatile solution alongside barley paper, diamond paper, and crepe kraft paper products.
Mainly applicable to electrical engineering, electrical appliances, lighting transformers, reactors, stabilisers, power supplies, motors (motors), small appliances, and other electronic and electrical products and accessories.

Composition
Performance Requirements  
NMN is a three-layer soft composite material with the outer two layers made of DuPont Insulation Paper from DuPont and the inner layer made of polyester film.
Properties
NMN is a soft composite material with a heat resistance rating of H-class (180°C), featuring excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength and edge tear resistance, as well as good electrical strength. Its smooth surface ensures trouble-free operation when used in low-voltage motors with automatic winding machines.
Appearance  
The surface should be uniform, smooth, and free of defects such as bubbles, pinholes, wrinkles, and imperfections.
Application Remarks
NMN combines the excellent temperature resistance and tear strength of DuPont paper with the superior dielectric strength and mechanical properties of polyester film. It is suitable for slot insulation, turn insulation, and cushion insulation in motors.
