Composition
Performance Requirements  
NMN is a three-layer soft composite material with the outer two layers made of DuPont Insulation Paper from DuPont and the inner layer made of polyester film.
Properties
NMN is a soft composite material with a heat resistance rating of H-class (180°C), featuring excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength and edge tear resistance, as well as good electrical strength. Its smooth surface ensures trouble-free operation when used in low-voltage motors with automatic winding machines.
Appearance  
The surface should be uniform, smooth, and free of defects such as bubbles, pinholes, wrinkles, and imperfections.
Application Remarks
NMN combines the excellent temperature resistance and tear strength of DuPont paper with the superior dielectric strength and mechanical properties of polyester film. It is suitable for slot insulation, turn insulation, and cushion insulation in motors.
