Low Spatter Solid Welding Wire Er70s-6 for Structural Steel
Carbon Steel Gas Shielded Solid WireFeatures:
FRN-ER50-6 gas-shielded solid wire can adapt to larger current welding, good all-position welding process performance, high deposition efficiency, low sensitivity to porosity of the weld metal, arc stability, small spatter, beautiful molding. Applicable to automobiles, bridges, construction, shipbuilding, machinery, pressure vessels, boilers and other structures and 500MPa carbon steel or low alloy steel welding. Protective gas and current type: C02 or mixed gas DC (+) can be used.
FAQ
Q1. How to choose the right wire?
A.
-Match the base material: the composition of the wire needs to be the same as the base material (e.g. ER70S-6 for carbon steel, 308L for stainless steel).
-Welding process: Solid wire for MIG/MAG welding; flux-compatible wire for submerged arc welding;
-Flux-cored wires (e.g. E71T-1) are suitable for high deposition rate scenarios.

Q2. What should I do if the wire feeding is not smooth when welding?
A:
 Possible causes and solutions:
-Wire feeding wheel is worn: replace or adjust the compression.
-Conductive nozzle clogging: Clean or replace the conductive nozzle (hole diameter needs to match the wire).
-Wire feed pipe is bent/dirty: straighten the pipe or clean the internal oil, burrs.
-Wire disk jamming: Make sure the wire disk rotates flexibly and is not tangled.
